Ingredients
Baked Shrimp and Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread
- 1 head Garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bar cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley sprigs chopped
- 100 Grams brie cheese cubed
- 1/4 Cup celery minced
- 150 Grams Shrimp boiled, peeled, and chopped roughly
- Salt
- 1/3 Cup mozarella cheese grated
- crostini
Instructions
- Slice off top of garlic head and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or in a turbo broiler for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly. Remove roasted garlic segments from skin using a fork or small knife.
- Combine roasted garlic and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse for a few times until cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
- Add parsley and mix again. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
- Add brie, celery, and shrimp. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into a ramekin or ovenproof dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F or in a turbo broiler for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is golden and melted. Serve with crostini, toasted bread, or crackers.
