Ingredients
  

Baked Tahong (Baked Mussels) Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo mussels in the half shell
  • 1 Cup Japanese breadcrumbs (Panko)
  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons spring onions minced finely

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small mixing bowl, combine Japanese breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, butter and spring onions in a bowl.
  • Lay the mussels on a baking sheet, place bread crumbs mixture over each shell and press down slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
