Baked Tahong (Baked Mussels) Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo mussels in the half shell
- 1 Cup Japanese breadcrumbs (Panko)
- 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 tablespoons spring onions minced finely
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small mixing bowl, combine Japanese breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, butter and spring onions in a bowl.
- Lay the mussels on a baking sheet, place bread crumbs mixture over each shell and press down slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
