Banana Berry Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 large banana lakatan variety, frozen
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 Cup soy milk
  • 1/4 Cup unsweetened apple juice
  • ice cubes


  • Whiz banana, blueberries, soy milk, unsweetened apple juice, and a handful ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
