Banana Nut Muffins Ingredients
- 1 Cup whole-wheat flour
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 pieces Egg
- 3/4 coconut sugar
- 1/4 Cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanila extract
- 1/4 Cup refined coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup cashew nuts chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with baking cups. In a large bowl, combine whole-wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, coconut sugar, milk, vanilla extract, bananas, and coconut oil. Mix well.
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a spatula.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
