Ingredients
  

Banana Nut Muffins Ingredients

  • 1 Cup whole-wheat flour
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 3/4 coconut sugar
  • 1/4 Cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanila extract
  • 1/4 Cup refined coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup cashew nuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with baking cups. In a large bowl, combine whole-wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, coconut sugar, milk, vanilla extract, bananas, and coconut oil. Mix well.
  • Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a spatula.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
