Banana Pancakes Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup banana mashed
  • 2 pieces Egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • refined coconut oil
  • honey to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut sugar.
  • In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/8 cup batter at a time and cook until the bottom of the pancake is set and golden brown. Flip with a spatula and cook for 30 seconds or until golden on each side.
  • Serve with coconut nectar or honey on the side.
