Ingredients
Bangus Belly Sinigang
- 1 Pack SARANGANI BAY Prime Boneless Bangus Belly
- 1 pouch sinigang powder mix
- 5 to 6 cups Rice Washing (Hugas Bigas)
- 2 finger chilies (siling pangsigang)
- 2 tomatoes quartered
- 2 medium onion quartered
- 1 radish radish (labanos) sliced diagonally
- 4 pieces okra cut into halves
- 1 bunch kangkong (water spinach) leaves
- eggplant sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Boil sinigang powder mix in rice water. Once boiling, add green chilies, tomatoes, onions, salt, and radish. Cook for a few minutes. Add bangus; cook until done. Add kangkong and eggplant, if desired.
- Serve with freshly cooked rice.
