For baon-worthy fried rice, mix in your fave barbecue chicken!
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
4 cups rice, (cooked), cooled
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cup chicken, grilled and cubed
2 tablespoons barbecue marinade
Heat oil or melt butter in a wok or frying pan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add rice and season with salt and pepper.
Add cubed Chicken Barbecue and barbecue marinade. Toss to mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Transfer to a container; let cool for 10 minutes. Cover with the lid.
