In a pot, heat oil then sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add pork tenderloin and cook until lightly browned. Transfer pork to a plate.

In the same pan, sauté liver until cooked.

Pour in water then add bouillon, patis, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

Add back the pork then the misua. Turn off heat and add dahon ng sili. Cover and set aside for about 5 minutes before serving.
