Beef and Zucchini Burgers Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini grated
  • 500 Grams Beef use ground beef
  • 1 large white onion peeled and grated
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1/3 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 Burger buns
  • tomatoes (sliced), to serve
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt


  • Place grated zucchini in a strainer; let stand for 10 minutes to 1 hour to drain then squeeze to remove excess water.
  • Combine zucchini, ground beef, onions, eggs, and flour in a bowl. Divide into 6 portions and form into patties.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season patties with salt and pepper; pan-fry for about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Make the yogurt dressing: Combine ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
  • Place lettuce, burger patty, and tomato slices on a the bottom half of a bun. Cover with top half. Repeat to make 5 more sandwiches. Serve with yogurt dressing on the side.
