Ingredients
Beef Chow Fun Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white onion chopped
- 50 Grams carrot sliced
- 100 Grams Beef (use tenderloin), sliced thinly
- 50 Grams fresh shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 100 Grams Wide Rice Noodles soaked until soft
- sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 50 Grams chives cut into 2-inch sticks
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, and carrots until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add in beef, shitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, and soy sauce; mix well.
- Toss in noodles, and season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add water until noodles become soft. Add chives and bean sprouts.
- In one side of the pan, add egg and cook. Toss together when egg is cooked then transfer to a plate.
