Ingredients
  

Beef Chow Fun Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white onion chopped
  • 50 Grams carrot sliced
  • 100 Grams Beef (use tenderloin), sliced thinly
  • 50 Grams fresh shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 100 Grams Wide Rice Noodles soaked until soft
  • sugar to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 50 Grams chives cut into 2-inch sticks

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, and carrots until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add in beef, shitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, and soy sauce; mix well.
  • Toss in noodles, and season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add water until noodles become soft. Add chives and bean sprouts.
  • In one side of the pan, add egg and cook. Toss together when egg is cooked then transfer to a plate.
