This is your kaldereta made simpler but no less tasty.

The beef kaldereta is one of the best examples of a local beef stew. It needs to cook for a long time, so the beef will become tender but also for the sauce to meld together and become one of the most flavorful dishes you will ever make.

This beef estofado recipe is actually a beef stew but made a little simpler, a little different. Instead of the usual seasonings, it uses oregano and paprika. Meanwhile, it still has your usual potatoes and bell peppers, but instead of carrots, we swap it out for stuffed green olives and sweet green peas.

This is one beef stew that you'll want to try to make your beefy meals just a little different.

This estofadong baka recipe is made with beef brisket, potatoes, peas, and olives.
