Ingredients
  

Beef Meatball Pho Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 pieces beef bouillon cubes
  • 150 Grams Beef (use tendon), pre-cleaned (available at supermarkets and Chinese delis)
  • 10 pieces Chinese Meatballs sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups rice noodles
  • cilantro (wansoy) for topping
  • lime wedges to serve

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, bouillon cubes, and beef in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat; lower heat and simmer until beef is tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add meatballs and simmer for another 3 minutes. Season with salt. Divide cooked rice noodles among 3 bowls. Add soup and beef. Top with meatballs, cilantro, and bean sprouts; serve with lime wedges.
