Beef Taco Recipe

In a pan over medium heat, heat oil, and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef, cumin, and black beans. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat tortilla wrapper in a pan over medium heat on another burner.

To make the salsa: combine tomato, onion, sugar, salt, and pepper. 

To assemble, place 1 tablespoon full of the beef mixture on the tortilla wrapper. Top with shredded cabbage, salsa, and cheese.
