Ingredients
  

Beef Tapa Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Beef (use sirloin), sliced thinly
  • 5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic powder minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar and mix well. Marinate the beef in the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 3 hours.
  • To cook, pre-heat the oil in a pan and brown the marinated beef until done. Serve with rice and fried egg (optional).
