Beef Tenderloin Salpicao Recipe

In the bowl of a rice cooker, combine rice and water. Set to cook. Once done, gently fluff rice, and stir in carrots and broccoli. Keep warm.

Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan over high heat, add oil. Season and toss beef with salt and ground black pepper. Once hot, cook beef in batches, adding a handful of beef cubes at a time, tossing beef to sear all the sides. Transfer to a bowl using a slotted spoon.

In the same pan, add garlic and cook until it begins to brown. Return beef to the pan, including any juices, and cook until hot. Season with Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately on top of rice with carrots and broccoli.
