Beer and Cheese Fondue Recipe

Place beer in a heavy saucepan or fondue pot over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.

Toss cheese with cornstarch in a medium bowl. Add cheese mixture to beer in 3 additions, stirring in a figure-eight pattern until completely melted.

Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and salt. Serve immediately with pretzels and toasted bread.
