1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup milk
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
2 cups canned blueberry filling, plus extra for topping
Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a bowl. Allow to bloom for 3 minutes.
Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add vanilla. Stir until small bubbles begin to appear on the edge of the pan. Remove from heat and let mixture cool for 2 minutes.
Combine cream mixture and bloomed gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add blueberries.
Pour mixture into 12 (2-ounce) molds or 6 medium ramekins. Chill for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Unmold and serve topped with extra blueberries.
