Ingredients
  

Blueberry Panna Cotta Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 Cup milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • 2 cups canned blueberry filling plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a bowl. Allow to bloom for 3 minutes.
  • Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add vanilla. Stir until small bubbles begin to appear on the edge of the pan. Remove from heat and let mixture cool for 2 minutes.
  • Combine cream mixture and bloomed gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add blueberries.
  • Pour mixture into 12 (2-ounce) molds or 6 medium ramekins. Chill for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Unmold and serve topped with extra blueberries.
