Bok Choy In Garlic And Oyster Sauce Recipe

Bok choy is a common Chinese vegetable that is easy to cook. A few minutes in boiling water can be all that it needs! Just add a savory sauce made aromatic with sesame oil and finish it off with a sprinkle of prepared fried garlic bits.  

To make this veggie side dish extra appetizing, sauté the bok choy with garlic and oyster sauce. You can also swap out the bok choy for pechay Tagalog with the white stems instead of the green stems
