Ingredients
  

Braised Chicken with Ginger and Sesame Oil Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 300 Grams ginger sliced
  • 1/2 kilo Chicken cut into 20 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons chicken powder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok and sauté the ginger.
  • Add the chicken pieces and dark soy sauce.
  • Dissolve chicken powder or broth cube in water. Pour into the pan and cook chicken on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with sliced green onion.
