Ingredients
  

Breaded Fish Paninis

  • 500 Grams white fish use fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • 1 Boxed Tempura Mix
  • 2 slices Ciabatta bread
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • tomatoes sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons store-bought Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • Clean fish fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Slice into 3-inch strips. Season fish with salt and pepper; set aside.
  • Prepare tempura batter according to package directions, making sure that the batter remains cold.
  • Dip fish in tempura batter, then deep-fry in batches. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • Heat ciabatta bread in a panini maker or toaster oven. Slice ciabatta in half.
  • Assemble the sandwich: Lay 2 curly lettuce leaves on one slice of bread. Top with sliced tomatoes and 3 strips fried fish. Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing on top and cover with another slice of bread.
