Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Romaine lettuce torn
  • 1/2 Cup spinach leaves
  • 1 piece banana lakatan variety
  • 1/2 Cup apple peeked, deseeded, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup coconut water
  • 1 Cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
