This 5-ingredient dish is a cinch to make!
1 bar (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 cup full cream milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup broccoli, (florets), blanched and minced
4 cups penne pasta, cooked
8 slices prosciutto
Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepot. Bring to a simmer and whisk until smooth and cream cheese has dissolved. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Toss broccoli and pasta in the cream cheese mixture to coat. Transfer to a plate and top with prosciutto or parma ham slices.
