Brown Sugar Panna Cotta
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salt
- 1/4 Cup plain yogurt
- lychee
Instructions
- Place 1/4 cup cold milk in a bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon gelatin powder on top; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a saucepot. Cook until sugar has dissolved; remove from heat.
- Stir in gelatin mixture and 1/4 cup plain yogurt. Pour into small sterilized jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with lychees and orange slices before serving.
