Ingredients
  

Brown Sugar Panna Cotta

  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • 1/4 Cup plain yogurt
  • lychee

Instructions
 

  • Place 1/4 cup cold milk in a bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon gelatin powder on top; let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a saucepot. Cook until sugar has dissolved; remove from heat.
  • Stir in gelatin mixture and 1/4 cup plain yogurt. Pour into small sterilized jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with lychees and orange slices before serving.
