Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Ingredients
- 3 strips bacon diced
- 5 shallots (sibuyas Tagalog) chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen Brussels sprouts thawed
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until fat is rendered. Add chopped shallots; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Add thawed Brussels sprouts and white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar to the pan. Stir and cook until almost all liquid is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
