1 piece burger patty, cooked
1 small head of cabbage, (lettuce works,too!)
1 whopper tomatoes, slice
low-fat cheese, Optional
Place cabbage on a chopping board, stalk down. Slice off outer sides of the head. Use sliced cabbage as you would a burger bun and fill cabbage "buns" with burger patty and tomato slice.
Add mustard, light mayonnaise, and low-fat cheese, if desired.
