Spice up your shrimp with cayenne and hot sauce!
20 pieces prawns (sugpo), peeled, deveined, tails intact
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 table spoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
oil, for frying
In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and seasonings, stirring occasionally until aromatic.
Toss in prawns to coat and cook until prawns are pink and opaque. Transfer to bowl. Serve immediately.
