Ingredients
  

Chayote Leaves with Shrimps

  • 1 Table Spoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion
  • 15 pieces Shrimp
  • 1 chayote leaves only
  • 5 red radish
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a pan on medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add shrimps and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add chayote leaves. Stir in red radish. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish. Gulay 101: Talbos ng Sayote (Chayote or Mirliton Tops) is a good source of fiber and has considerable amount of vitamin A.
