- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
- 1/4 Cup quick-melting cheese grated
- Preheat a toaster oven. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Rub salmon fillets with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Arrange fillets, skin side down, on baking sheet.
