Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

Sauté onion in oil. Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix. Pour into a casserole dish.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Chunky tip: You can also add chicken pieces or tuna to make this a one-dish meal. Make it cheesier by adding a few cheese slices on top before baking.
