Ingredients
Cheesy Chicken and Brown Rice Skillet
- 1/8 Cup light mayonnaise
- 1 Table Spoon Low-fat Butter
- 1 Cup brown rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Table Spoon cayenne powder
- 3 Chicken use skinless and boneless chicken breast fillets
- 1 Cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 Cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, mix mayo and butter. Add rice and coat with mixture. Pour water, bouillon cube, and cayenne powder. Add chicken breasts. Cook, covered, until rice and chicken are cooked.
- Top with broccoli florets and grated cheese. Cover for about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve.
