Make this pastry sans the stress!
1 can (380gram) corned beef
200 grams cheddar cheese, cubed
3 sheets puff pastry
1 piece egg, beaten with 3 teaspoons water
Preheat oven to 380 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine corned beef and cheese in a bowl; set aside.
Cut puff pastry sheets into 18 (3 1/2-inch) squares.
Fill each square with 1 tablespoon of the corned beef mixture. Brush the edges with egg wash, fold intotriangles, and seal edges with a fork.
Arrange empanadas on the prepared tray, brush with egg wash, and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 17 minutes.
