Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (380gram) corned beef
  • 200 Grams cheddar cheese cubed
  • 3 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 piece Egg beaten with 3 teaspoons water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 380 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine corned beef and cheese in a bowl; set aside.
  • Cut puff pastry sheets into 18 (3 1/2-inch) squares.
  • Fill each square with 1 tablespoon of the corned beef mixture. Brush the edges with egg wash, fold into triangles, and seal edges with a fork.
  • Arrange empanadas on the prepared tray, brush with egg wash, and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 17 minutes.
