Chewy Lemon Cookies Recipe

Use paddle of electric mixer to cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Combine lemon juice and cream, then add mixture into the beating butter.

Combine flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Scoop dough onto a lined baking pan or cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes. Cool cookies.

Make Lemon Glaze: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Spoon over cookies. Top with glazed fruits.
