This family favorite is easy to master!
1 garlic, cloves crushed
1/2 tablespoon peppercorns, cracked
1 chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
water, to cover meat
Saute garlic and black peppercorns until brown.
Add the chicken pieces and saute until the chicken skin is browned.
Pour the vinegar, soy sauce, and water and let it simmer. Continue simmering until oil is expressed from the chicken.
