- 3 tablespoons canola oil for sauteeing
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tablespoon peppercorns cracked
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- water to cover meat
Instructions
- In a medium-sized pot with preheated oil, saute garlic and black peppercorns until brown.
- Add the chicken pieces and sear until the chicken skin is browned.
- Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Simmer until oil is expressed from the chicken. Serve warm.Â
