Chicken and Basil Stir-Fry Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 kilo Chicken (use thigh fillets), cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 3 bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo) chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Knorr SavorRich Chicken
- handful basil leaves chiffonade
- 1 teaspoon Knorr SavorRich Chicken
- handful basil leaves chiffonade
Instructions
- In a pre-heated pan, saute garlic in oil and add the chicken. Cook until browned.
- Pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, Knorr SavorRich chicken, and chilies.
- Saute until the sauce is a little thick, about 5 minutes.
- Add the basil leaves and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
