Chicken and Green Beans Recipe

In a bowl, combine: soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes per side. 

Add the soy mixture and water, and let simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes. Add green beans and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Remove from heat. Serve while hot.
