Chicken and Potato Hash Recipe

Chicken and Potato Hash Ingredients

  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 Potatoes grated or sliced into thin strings
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cup white onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 5 cups rice cooked
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 3/4-kilo portion roast chicken fillets cubed and heated
  • Potato Strings to top


  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry potatoes until crisp and golden; set aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan. Sauté white onions until translucent. Add garlic; cook until slightly browned. Add rice, salt, and pepper; mix well. Serve rice topped with chicken fillets, garlic chips, and potato strings.
