Garlic Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich Recipe

Place chicken fillets in between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound with a meat mallet until you reach about a 1/2 inch of thickness.

Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried basil and set aside for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Take chicken out of the refrigerator and spray it with lemon juice on both sides. Heat a frying pan and cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side, making sure it's cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with an aluminum foil tent.

Toast the bread and spread about 1/2 tablespoon of the cream cheese per slice and top with lettuce, chicken, hardboiled eggs and bacon. Top with the other piece of toast. Repeat for 3 more sandwiches. Serve with chips or fries.
