Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Dissolve the fajitas seasoning mix in water. Pour the mixture onto the chicken breast. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Set your stove to medium high, and heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Take these out of the pan and set aside.

In same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the chicken, and sauté for about 7 minutes. Add the marinade, and simmer for three minutes more or until the chicken is cooked through. Add cooked peppers.

To assemble, warm up tortilla wrappers in the microwave for 1 minute. You can also steam them for about 1 minute. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mix in the middle of the wrapper.

Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and grated cheese. Roll and serve.
