Ingredients
Chicken Lollipops Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 12 pieces chicken lollipops drummettes or wings part, lollipop-style
- cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well until all the spices are combined with the cornstarch and flour.
- Dredge the chicken lollipops in the flour mixture. Coat all the sides.
- Fry each chicken lollipop in hot oil. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain the chicken on paper towels to remove the excess oil. Serve with honey mustard sauce (optional).
