Chicken Lomi Ingredients

  • 1 250 gram pack lomi noodles
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet cut into small strips
  • 1/4 kilo chicken liver cut into strips
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • fried garlic bits for garnish
  • spring onions for garnish


  • Rinse the pancit lomi in water to remove the saltiness and set aside.
  • Saute garlic and onions in a preheated pot with oil, then add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes then add the chicken liver.
  • Add the lomi noodles, chicken broth cube and water and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the broth becomes thick.
  • Add the carrots and Chinese cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in two eggs and mix immediately before serving. Garnish with fried garlic and spring onions.
