Here's a unique and crunchy take on a baon favorite.
Pan-fried chicken is an easy favorite but when coated in salty potato chips and paired with a honey mustard sauce, it becomes a a unique and crunchy take on a baon favorite.
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 kilo chicken tenders, tendons removed
1 cup potato chips, finely crushed
In a bowl, blend together mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until granules are dissolved.
In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, pour enough oil for pan frying. Pan fry chicken tenders until lightly golden brown. DraPlace cooked chicken in a bowl. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of the mustard dressing, and toss to coat chicken. Then roll each tender in crushed potato chips. Serve with steamed white rice and remaining honey mustard sauce on the side.in on paper towels.
