Chicken is always a crowd pleaser!
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 kilo chicken, (use wings), each cut into 2 pieces and tips removed
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 1/2 tablespoon chinese rice wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon green onion, chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant.
Add chicken wings, sesame oil, rice wine, and salt. Mix well and cover pan; cook for 20 minutesor until chicken is tender.
Combine honey, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl. Pour mixture over wings and mix well; cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add green onions, and mix. Serve while hot.
