Chocolate Cookie Caramel Dip Recipe

Make the chocolate cookie layer: Place cream cheese, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, salt, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips in a bowl; beat with a wooden spoon or a handheld mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Make the ganache layer: Place ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips in a medium heatproof bowl; set aside. Heat heavy whipping cream and light corn syrup in a pan over medium-low heat until just about to boil. Pour cream mixture over chocolate chips and mix until smooth. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

Place chocolate-cookie layer in a medium glass serving bowl; smoothen top. Top with even layers of ½ cup store-bought dulce de leche and ganache. Serve with cookies or pretzels.
