Chorizo, Kangkong, and Garbanzo Stew Recipe

In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt about 1 Tbsp. chorizo oil. Sauté onion then garlic until softened. Add chorizo, and cook, stirring, until heated through. Stir in pork and beans and garbanzos.

Sprinkle in cumin, paprika, cayenne, and salt and pepper, to taste. Simmer until liquid has reduced. Stir in kangkong leaves, and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. Serve with garlic rice.
