Ingredients
Classic Beef Tapa Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo beef sirloin sliced into ½-inch strips
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup red cane vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- 6 eggs cooked sunny side up
- 6 cups garlic fried rice to serve
Instructions
- Marinate beef in garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, cane vinegar, salt, and pepper overnight.
- Fry beef in vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Serve with fried eggs and garlic fried rice.
