Ingredients
  

Classic Beef Tapa Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo beef sirloin sliced into ½-inch strips
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup red cane vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 6 eggs cooked sunny side up
  • 6 cups garlic fried rice to serve

Instructions
 

  • Marinate beef in garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, cane vinegar, salt, and pepper overnight.
  • Fry beef in vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  • Serve with fried eggs and garlic fried rice.
