Coconut-Melon Cooler Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup coconut (buko) (use coconut meat), shredded
  • 1/4 Cup melon shredded
  • 1 Cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 Cup coconut juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place 1/8 cup shredded coconut meat and 1/8 cup shredded melon meat in a glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour in fresh coconut juice and sugar syrup.
  • Top with ¹?8 cup shredded coconut meat and ¹?8 cup shredded melon meat. Garnish with a pandan leaf.
