Coconut-Melon Cooler Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup coconut (buko) (use coconut meat), shredded
- 1/4 Cup melon shredded
- 1 Cup crushed ice
- 1/4 Cup coconut juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
- Place 1/8 cup shredded coconut meat and 1/8 cup shredded melon meat in a glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour in fresh coconut juice and sugar syrup.
- Top with ¹?8 cup shredded coconut meat and ¹?8 cup shredded melon meat. Garnish with a pandan leaf.
