Coffee Prawn Salad Recipe

Make Salad Dressing: Dissolve instant coffee in 1?3 cup hot water. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.

Put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes; do not allow to turn brown. Take garlic out of the pan and set aside.

Turn heat to medium high. In the same pan, pour remaining oil. Sauté prawns for a few minutes until color changes to reddish orange. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked garlic. Take prawns out of the pan then let cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, tomatoes and prawns. Drizzle with salad dressing. Toss.
