Corn and Tomato Salad with Fresh Cilantro Ingredients
- 2 cans Canned Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 1/3 Cup red onion finely chopped
- 4 pieces tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 Cup cilantro (wansoy) chopped
- 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salad vinegar
- Combine corn, onion, tomatoes, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss to blend with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
