Cream Cheese Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe

Toss your fruit salad in a creamy and tangy but cheesy dressing.

Toss this fresh fruit in a creamy, tangy, and cheesy dressing. To make this delicious fruit salad, you just have to source the freshest fruits at your local supermarket or palengke for what’s in season. (We used navel oranges, suha or pomelo, grapes, and mangoes.)

Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Fresh Fruit Salad Ingredients

  • 1 piece navel orange peeled, segmented, cut in half
  • 1 piece mango peeled, cheeks diced
  • 1/2 Small Pomelo (Suha) segments separated and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 bunch seedless red grapes halved
  • 1/4 Cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup All-purpose cream

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss orange, suha, grapes, and mango chunks together. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until soft and light. Add condensed milk and all-purpose cream, and fold until well mixed.
  • Before serving, add cream cheese dressing to the fresh fruit mix, and toss well. Serve cold.
